In an attempt to spice up its image, Chevy’s European arm has introduced a “sporty” flagship version of its Korean sourced Lacetti hatch. The Lacetti Sport is based on the five-door version of Chevrolet’s mid-sized hatchback and it comes equipped with a 121Hp 1.8-liter engine which doesn’t sound sporty to us, but who are we to question the Korean-American-maker’s marketing team…The 4-cylinder unit “shoots” the Lacetti Sport from standstill to 100 km/h – 62 mph in 9.8 seconds, with a mind-blowing top speed of 180 km/h or 121mph. The Sport stands out from the standard Lacetti versions thanks to a factory-fitted body styling kit, 15-inch alloy rims and its lowered suspension. –Continued
